Digital Products and Online Courses
All purchases of digital guides, downloadable files, PDFs, and online courses are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we expressly state otherwise for a particular offer. We do not ordinarily provide refunds or credits for a change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to use the product or dissatisfaction after receiving access.
Review each product’s description, price, course duration and access conditions before payment. A course with a stated 90-day access period does not provide lifetime access.
Technical Problems and Incorrect Charges
If you cannot access a paid product, received an incorrect item or believe a charge was made in error, contact info@kindelmedia.com with the purchase date, product name and email used at checkout. We will investigate and provide access assistance or any legally required remedy. Please do not email full payment card details.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
This Policy does not waive consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law requires refunds, withdrawal rights or remedies for defective digital content, those rights control. For some jurisdictions, particularly the European Economic Area, immediately delivered digital content may require specific pre-purchase consent and acknowledgment to rely on an exception to a statutory withdrawal right.
Purchases Through Kajabi
Kindel Media LLC sells the relevant course or downloadable product; Kajabi facilitates delivery and checkout. Kajabi and payment providers may have separate platform and payment rules, which do not automatically replace our product refund terms or mandatory consumer rights. Purchases made inside third-party mobile app stores, if ever offered, may follow those stores’ mandatory refund procedures.
Other Products
Future live events, subscriptions, retreats and physical goods will have any applicable separate cancellation, return and refund terms disclosed before purchase.
